To put it simply, I facilitate expat managers coming to a new culture and accompany them on their way to make synergy with their new colleagues of different cultural background.
Being a coach, I assist them in upgrading their cultural software. I could witness what is going on behind multicultural teams, international projects and negotiations.
The last years I have been consulting expats in Austria, Hungary and the Czech Republic. However, recently I have been coming more often to Slovakia and coach sessions on entering Slovak Business Culture.
